How does it work?




Once you have become an approved supplier, you can start posting your business’ vacant appointments on find4me to make them available for sale. This can be done up to four hours prior to the appointment time. If the appointment is subsequently booked through another channel, it is up to you to remove the appointment so we can eliminate the risk of double booking for our customers.

Customers purchase their appointment online, up to seven days in advance, and secure their booking via a 10% deposit made through find4me’s secure payment system. All bookings are confirmed with you through an email notification and SMS (optional) to enable real-time appointment management.

The customer provides the balance of payment directly to you at the time of the service. Suppliers are charged on a fee per booking basis and incur no cost if the appointment is not sold.

What do I need in order to join?



All you need is your contact details including a valid email address to commence the registration process. To get started, register here.

Are there any hidden fees?


No. There are no fees associated with find4me. A basic profile is free. We charge on a fee per booking basis so if we do not sell your appointment there is no cost to you.


When you become a supplier with find4me, one of our consultants will explain the pricing schedule and terms & conditions of service. All of our suppliers receive a monthly invoice to reconcile all appointments posted and sold.
 

How will I receive confirmation of my bookings?


You can view all of the latest information on your bookings by logging into Find4me.com.au. Your member area will provide a summary of all appointments posted and sold.


When an appointment has been booked, you will receive email confirmation and SMS (optional) notification from find4me. Your email confirmation will have all the details relating to the time, date and contact details for your customer.


Do I need to have my own website?


No. Your find4me.com.au profile and a valid email address are all that you will need to start using our service.
