Terms & Conditions of Entry
 

  1. The Promoter is Escape Today Pty Ltd. ABN 42 271 885 337 of 416 / 163 Inkerman Street, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182.
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements.
  3. The competition commences on Saturday 26th December 2008 and ends on Saturday 10th January 2009 at midnight (AEST).
  4. To enter the competition, participants need to become a member of find4me.com.au.
  5. All respondents take membership including a correct email address prior to Saturday 26th July 2009 at midnight will automatically be entered into the draw.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A participant is permitted to create a membership once. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant. The find4me.com.au competition is strictly one entry, per email address. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.
  7. The prize draw will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on Sunday 11th January 2009 at Escape Today of 416 / 163 Inkerman Street, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182. The entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
  8. Each prize consists of one iTunes voucher to the value of $50 and winners will be advised via email. Following confirmation of email address by the prize winner, prizes will be delivered to the same email address.
  9. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  10. Entrants that by registering for membership to find4me.com.au they grant permission for the promoter to email them information about the competition, results and upcoming competitions, prizes and events. By taking membership entrants also agree to the Terms & Conditions of this site.
