How much should I eat each day?

This is a very common question. Most of us have no idea how many kilojoules we should eat each day and whether our diet is balanced and nutritious so I did a bit of investigating...
 

I found this great online calculator and thought I would share it.

This is a simple and easy way to estimate if you are eating too much or too little as well as ensuring you get the right mix of nutrients in your day. I hope you enjoy!
