Voucher Terms & Conditions for Service Providers
In addition to our standard
Terms & Conditions, voucher program participants are subject to the following terms:
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the time of purchase
- Once you have agreed to participate in the program, you must honour all voucher requests
- Customers with a find4me voucher are provided with the same level of care and service as any other customer. This includes access to the customer’s preferred time and date of service, where it is available.
- No additional restrictions are to be added to the voucher by the service provider
- Where the amount spent exceeds the value of the voucher, the Customer will be asked to pay the shortfall at the time of service directly to the Service Provider. find4me will not request a 10% sales commission from this additional payment.
- Where the amount spent is lower than the value of the voucher, the Customer will have a remaining credit on their voucher following processing of Service Provider payments.
